Yes. Send or bring your file and we check size, bleed and resolution before printing. If something needs adjusting, we tell you before the job goes ahead.
It depends on the quantity and the material, so the date is agreed with you before we start. You can collect from the shop in central South Yarra, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, or arrange delivery in the area.

No payment is taken on this website. Since nothing is charged here, nothing sent through this page can need a refund. What follows covers money paid to us later, directly, and is published ahead of time so the rules are known first.
A deposit paid to hold an order or a booking is returned in full if you cancel before work starts. The refund is issued within 10 business days of your written request, to the account the money came from.
Cancelling after work has started returns whatever has not been committed to materials or labour. Any deduction is itemised in writing before the refund goes out.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, for any reason attributable to us, every amount you paid is returned in full, with no deduction and no administrative fee.
Send the order reference to contact@imprintlabusa.online. Receipt is confirmed the same business day, with the date the refund will be paid.
